IWC Schaffhausen watches - innovation and precision

IWC Schaffhausen, or the International Watch Company to be more precise, is a brand founded in 1868 in Switzerland. Probably due to its US-based founder, IWC Schaffhausen has an English-language name, unlike other watchmakers that also originate from Switzerland.

IWC Schaffhausen was known for producing mechanical watches with a unique style, but also ones that used various types of complications, i.e., additional features to measure parameters other than time. Very often IWC Schaffhausen watches featured a perpetual calendar and modules such as moon phases and a power reserve, for example.
